VERTEX not working after the upgrade from 46B to 46C

Hi Alan,

We backed down the version of the LIBRFC and now it is working.
Vertex had an earlier version in their libraries that we were able to
rename to LIBRFC and for the moment it is working. I will send you
the trace file though.
