ABAP recompiling after every restart
Hi Adam.This usually happens after a kernel or system upgrade because of the ABAP
program buffer being invalidated. You can execute tcode SGEN to recompile
your ABAP loads so your programs do not recompile the first time they are
called. Look at notes 185745 and 162991 for motre details.

Hello all,
We've got a system where after every restart of SAP (stopsap, startsap) all
the programs recompile after first use. The system is 4.6C on V5R1. Has
anyone experienced this type of behavior?
