Negative reinforcement. turn down the value rdisp/max_wprun_time to 1/2 of
the default value. Install high voltage (low amperage) cattle prods with a
802.11b wireless interface in the user's chairs. then hook up ccms to
workflow. when the user job times out, have ccms send a page to the 802.11b
device to give the negative reinforcement.

I was hoping to stop some users from running long DIALOG jobs since they
don't seem to understand how they affect the system when they select 18
months worth of data from GLPCA and BSEG tables.

(rdisp/max_wprun_time)
for not allowing users to execute jobs in DIALOG when the Background
option
is available for the job?
