If Hang the Batch Job
Hi Reddy!Let's look into your problem...
What do you see when you say "job is hang"?
Look into WrkActJob.
Do you see high CPU consumption for for its work process?
Is the WP in "run" status or other?
Look into WrkJob 11 "program stack".
What do you see there?
QDB* or QQQ* stuff
--> database operation, maybe badly implemented
Things like ab* out of your kernel library
--> ABAP runtime, maybe greedily eating CPU
How many CPUs do you have?

Dear List,
I would like know. you're voluble advice on Background Job. If my
background job is hang or it taking much time.. Now I want give all
resource to OLTP users. How can I solve the problem?
And my batch job running( some updates and some inserts in Database). But in
between job is hang. Already records are updated. if this is problem. How
can we solve the problem?
