Thank you for your reply! Good news at least I know it works! Actually, we
just bought this product and I have the assignment to install it in our system.
However, the vendor's documentation is limited. I hope you can give me a hand!
We are running on 46B and the FACSys version is 47 SP4a. I am able to use
SAPConnect to connect Fax server. I also able to fax thing from Business
WorkPlace. However, I have the following obstacles/questions.
1. I have created a Fax printer (Device class: Fax, Host spool access method:
X), but I couldn't send fax from 'SP01' transaction, error message :
Waiting for output formatter
Waiting for spool server
2. FacSys doesn't spool landscape report. Report is truncated to portrait
3. There is no 'logo' and graphic element on the Fax printout. What device type
do you use?
4. When FacSys couldn't send fax due to wrong phone numbers, line busy etc, no
error message send back to SAP users.. Is it supposed should be?
I am greatly appreciated any reply from you.
