Kernel 1499 + Three Tier + 46C
FYI, we did have this occasionally with the 1330 kernel before theupgrade, but this is happening several times a week now. It happens
on one or two app servers at a time and the rest continue to function
just fine. Sometimes a /$sync will help but not always.
