Thank you,I found the problem. It is the names in the distribution list.
You have to fill in the SAP-user names. In the first list I had the E-Mail
adresses of this SAP-users. That will not work for access rights to the
folders.

Hi,
some has experience in user rights in SAP office SBWP ?
I created a folder an assigned a distribution list for the authority to
that folder. But the users of this list have no access to the folder an the
documents in it.
How is it possible to assigne a group of users as an authority list to
documents an folders in SAP office ?
