conversion of ifs to *type2

The difference between Type1 and Type2 is all in how the IFS
internals are constructed. Type2 internals are simply much more
efficient. You won't notice a lot of difference in performance
with SAP just because of the conversion. Where the performance
really shows is in deep directory structures.

There are no concerns with having Type1 and Type2 in the same
landscape...the files and api interfaces are the same, so all
programs access both equally.
