Hi Andre.

Not sure about a outside monitoring tool other than software to actually
display and monitor the user's desktop, however have you looked at tcodes
SM19, SM20 and ST03N? From here, you can set up audit profiles to record
everything that goes on in the SAP system from reports, tcodes executed by
user, RFC calls, changes to authorizations/user id's, authority issues etc.


We use SM20 daily in monitoring the system.

I'm looking for a tool that permits a system administrator to
investigate user activities on R/3 systems if we detect an intrusion
or malicious activity from a user.

This is a request from an auditing report. Anybody can suggest me a
