BW 30B homogeneous copy has program signature violation
Hi,After several other unsuccessful options I solved this problem by doing an
update to the program:
UPDPGM PGM(LODR3DB) MODULE(*NONE) BNDSRVPGM(GEN620AOPT/O4PRTLIB)
This will solve it and the restore will run.

Hi
I am refeshing a BW QA system from a tape backup of the production
BWP database, using SAPinst (WAS 620)(with the setup patch
ISERPACK3_1 described in note 585890). It seems fine up to the
loading database step (executing RSTLIB) when the SAPINST job on the
iseries stops with a MCH4431 Program signature violation.
The kernel patch level is 907 for the QA kernel.
The error says:
The source program LODR3DB specifies a signature
X'51DB4...............etc.' which is not supported by service
program O4PRTLIB.
Recovery: The service program interface has changed. Re-bind source
program LODR3DB.
Anyone had this problem yet, or got an easier way to execute a
homogeneous system copy with WAS 620 as the R3SETUP library no longer
exists, and it seems you have to use the Java method now?
