Hi Peer,

is your system really down right now ?

How did you delete the SQL-Packs ?
Do you still have the following SQL Packs in the lib QSYS ?
QSQLPKG2 *SQLPKG QSYS PACKAGE
QSQXDPKG *SQLPKG QSYS
(They are totally necessary!)
