System Copy
Hi Chriss,if you do a (homogenious) systemcopy, then the whole database will be
duplicated. This is nessesary because the dicionary and repository is
stored in the database too. If your taget box has got enough
diskspace, then you can do it this way:
1. Perform a systemcopy as descibed in the manual homogenious
systemcopy
2. Do the postprocessings (also described in the manual)
3. create a new client
4. do a client copy wiht profile SAP_UCSV (User with authority,
customizing and variants) - no Data will be duplicated(!)
5. after successful copy, delete the old client
6. perform a RGZPFM on the databasetables to get rid of the deleted
records on db2/400
