Hi Volker,
Thanks for your response. I have tried to delete the stop SAP, SQL
packages, apply the kernel and start SAP. It didn't help. I have sent the
message to OSS, but I must open create PMR in IBM.

Hi,
you will have to open a PMR at IBM. Then these problems can become
fixed. You could try to delete the SQL packs before if you like.
