Date variables in variants
Hi, group.When setting up a variant, I see that there are a predefined set of
variables that can be selected for date variables, e.g. current date,
beginning of month to today, etc.
I can create a new "selection parameter" variable for use in variants, but
cannot seem to create my own date variable. I would, for instance, like to
create a variable that spans a specific date range, e.g. 2001/01/01 to
today, but the system does not seem to allow one to create such a variable.
If I create the variable and specify the range 20010101 and SY-DATUM as my
range, then the variant values display as 2001/01/01 and SY-D/AT/UM, which
is obviously wrong. Is there some other way of specifying my own date
variables?
Anyone have any input on this please?
