ST03N (Load Analysis in System) Time of last record.
Hi Marcel,I don't knwo the ABAP, but obviously it is running. Otherwise, it
wouldn't be from today, but the load can sometimes create a delay,
because the defaults are too small in "used" systems:
ST03->Goto->Parameters->Performance Database
There you see in the top on the left:
"Standard Statistics":
This is mostly much too small as well. I would strongly recommend the
following:
days: 14
weeks: 13
month: 6
The right partis not interesting.
In the nearly bottom you'll find:
"Options for reorganizing statistical data (for all servers)"
This is mostly on 50MB or so. I would increase it to 500-1000 MB.
The next line "Max. no. of records cumulated" is most likely the
reason of your problem!
I think, the default is 20000 and I would increase it to 100000 or
even higher.
This count describes how many lines of these statistical records are
processes each time (either each 30 minutes or 60 minutes). As this
is most likeky that small on your site, it just can't keep up to date
and tries to come nearer during the night. As the size of this file
is limited as well, it can happen very easy, that a lot of records
are even overwritten unprocessed.
(These parameters work for ST03N as well, but I don't know right now
where you could change them there. It is possible there as well, but
as this is the same, it is not interesting where you change.)
