User profile and password

Hi Rupert.

Anyone who has access to SU01 - user maintainance, can change a user's
password. Then let the user know the new password (we use WORKING) for
their id. SAP will force them to change it when they sign on again.

Is there a way to set a particular user's password to expired so they have
to change it on their next logon to SAP?
