"Function not supported by file system" during R3SETUP

Hi,

you should have a look if the lib R3SYS is on your system. If not, I
would create it empty for a fast solution. It can be filled later on.

If ít is there, the next question would be:
Is this isn the user- or system-libl in your job already ?

Because this program does exactly this - but may fail if the LIB is
in the LIBL already.

BUT:
CPF0006 sounds like that it was not possible, that the program was
called correctly.

YES: That's your problem:
This PGM is a QSECOFR *OWNER Pgm and will be on *PUBLIC *EXCLUDE!
I would suggest to run FIXR3OWNS. If this still doesn't fix it, just
use *PUBLIC *ALL for this program and retry.

Regards

Volker
