Solution Manager advisable to put in As/400 or in Windows 2000 server ?
Dear Group,We like to install solution Manager at our company. Our existing
configuration of SAP runs in AS/400 V5R2 (950 CPW system), sap kernel
4.6D patch level 1444 & development m/c in patch level 1716.
In near future we are going to get existing development system upgraded
from 350 CPW to 2350 CPW system with 3GB of RAM and make the existing
PRD server as DR server.
Will it be possible to use the same server for Solution Manager also by
having another LPAR or is it recommended to have the SM in a Windows
2000.
