Upgrading from V5R1 to V5R2
Hi Andre,you have to do a save21, meaning --> go save --> option 21 (Entire system).
To restore this save --> go restore --> option 21 (system and user data) .
I'll do my upgrade this weekend. If you wish, I can send you next week the
Documentation.

Hi Andre,
you can do the upgrade during the restore processs on your new
server.
The Backup and recovery guide chapter 15, page 332 describes this
purpose.
I have the same task to do next week and I will do it in the above
manner.

We are upgrading our iSeries from 730 with V5R1 to 825 with V5R2.
Can anyone help us about what is the best way to do this? Must we
upgrading our 730 to V5R2 before doing the copy to 825?
