Hi Berhanu,
I was totally on the wrong track. A collegue of mine, informed me,
that you can run the prepare as often as you like even without
the /usr/sap/put !
So, you don't have any problem with the restore of the backup.
But, he thinks, that the problem may ly in some problem with TP or
R3TRANS. Did you update them to the latest level ?
If yes, you might want to open an OSS ticket.
