Product allocations, product allocation quantities

Function module EXIT_/SAPAPO/SAPLATPQ_021 is called after the setup of the product allocations control and before the product allocations check per product allocations step.

The function module is also called to display the contents of the product allocation group, the product allocation situation, and to determine shortages.
The initialization calls from EXIT_/SAPAPO/SAPLATPQ_001 are marked accordingly.

Environment

The next product allocations step and the evaluated product allocations step are copied to the function module.
The evaluated product allocations control is generated from the product allocations control (that provided the product allocations object) and the field catalog (that provided the remaining characteristic values). The valid characteristics combination (or product allocation time series) are displayed in the evaluated product allocations control per time segment.
In addition, the imported product allocation time series (with the product allocation quantities and incoming order quantities) that can be changed are copied.

The function module can change the available product allocations (for example, add from different sources) or the distribution of the incoming order quantities.

The consumption of product allocations against incoming order quantity can be influenced using enhancement APOQT022. The consumption of the order against the product allocation quantities still available can be influenced afterwards in enhancement APOQT023.

Combination

The following enhancements can be combined:

  • APOQT007,,product allocation assignment, partial deliveries

  • APOQT022,,consumption at beginning situation

  • APOQT033,,sequence of product allocation procedures

Comparison

If the consumption of product allocations is influenced by this user exit (or enhancements APOQT022 and APOQT023), the comparison process in enhancement APOQT024 must be changed accordingly.

There is no user exit for the comparison that directly corresponds to this user exit.
