Definition

Enhancement ATP00001 User Exits in the Availability Check can be used to change availability check data.

Use

If you activate this enhancement, the two function modules belonging to the enhancement are called before (EXIT_SAPLATPC_001) or after (EXIT_SAPLATPC_002) an availability check is run for requirements in a business document:

  • In EXIT_SAPLATPC_001, the requirements or adjustment records that are checked in R/3 or Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) can be changed.
  • In EXIT_SAPLATPC_002, the confirmations generated by the availability checks executed in R/3 can be changed.

If you want to use this enhancement, contact your SAP consultant. Note:

  • Due to potential data inconsistencies, the use of enhancement ATP00001 and its function modules is not supported in the context of availability checks executed with advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) functionality in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Altering confirmation data may impact ATP calculations and should only be done by expert users following extensive consultation.
