In Transaction SM59, you can maintain entries centrally and select RFC -> Distribute entries ti distribute to all destinations of type 3.
This function should usually only be called by the user DDIC. If you want to enable other users to distribute entries across system limits, you can do this in the exit.

Interface: You get the user name and can check this against a table you define. Depending on the result, you set the parameter ALLOWED = 'X' (user is allowed to distribute) or ALLOWED = SPACE (not allowed).
