In the standard system you can make documents with an amount of 0 be carried forward to the next year by entering the corresponding entries on the selection screen of the program on commitment carry forward (selection, execution, cancellation of a commitment carry forward). For example documents with an amount of 0 are completely reduced documents or documents with a deletion indicator.

These components enable you to decide for individual document lines whether a carry forward should take place or not.

Note that when selecting documents, documents with a deletion or completed indicator are only selected when the indicator Carry forward with amount 0 allowed was set on the selection screen of the program. However, if this indicator is set, all documents with amount 0 are selected. If this is the case, you must make sure that you limit the selection according to your requirements.

If the indicator is not set when executing the program, you must make sure that only those relevant for your documents are selected.
