Use

You can use this enhancement to define your own conditions for the applicability of a selection rule for absence quota types. The standard checks using the Customizing settings allow a rule to be dependent on the employee's entry date, the start date of the accrual, or the employee's degree of challenge. You can set additional criteria for the checks at this point, such as the person's organizational assignment.

The following are transferred:

  • Personnel number

  • Accrual period

  • Selection rule for absence quota types

The enhancement is called for each selection rule for absence quota types.

Structure XT559L contains the selection rule currently in process. If the rule is valid, set the return parameter XSUBRC to zero; if the rule is not valid, set a whole number other than zero.

Example

You want to use special rules for calculating absence quotas when employees occupy a particular job.
