1. In addition to the original agent contract attributes, you can also display all attributes of the order header, the item (including its Specialization) and the billing dataset using the interface for the function module.

You can use this data to derive the free attributes which are relevant for your processes and transfer these to agent determination.

1. You can use all determination attributes that are used to find suitable contract requirements. Determination attributes selected can be modified. The order data is not changed by any access here.
