Functions

WARNING: This function module is used only for data requests in BW Release 1.2B. It is replaced by the function module EXIT_SAPLRSAP_002 for BW Releases >= 2.0A (see Release Note for PlugIn Release 99)

This function module allows you to change the contents of a text transfer table that has been generated for a text request. This can be useful if only one short text exists for an InfoObject, and you would like to attach the medium-length text, for example, from the user-defined table. Do not use the module to change the contents of key fields. Do this in the Business Information Warehouse!

The following transfer parameters are available:

I_CHABASNM:
Name of the basic characteristic.

C_T_TEXTS:
Table with the data received from the API in the format of the structure RSTEXTTRSF.

I_UPDMODE:
Transfer mode, as requeseted in the Scheduler of the Business Information Warehouse. Not normally required.

I_T_SELECT:
Table with the selection criteria stored in the Scheduler of the Business Information Warehouse. Not normally required.

I_T_LANGU:
Table with the languages for which the texts were requested.
