The component EXIT_SAPLWN08_001 is used to add to or change communication structure MCKONA which business volume data is updated from purchasing documents (purchase orders, delivery_schedule).

Use

Each update operation (standard update, retrospective/subsequent update, recompilation, detailed statement, update simulation) runs through this user exit. This ensures that the communication structure is always filled with data immediately.

In this user exit, you can include additional fields that you require for updating in customer-specific information structures or for reporting. Include-structure MCKONAUSR is available for customer-specific fields.

However, changes to structure MCKONA may affect the format of the business volume data files of the function External data transfer.

Be sure that you do not change any of the existing currency or unit fields. These are contained in structure MCKONAFIG. If you make a change here, this could destroy the statistical data. However, you can certainly make changes to the related fields with the business volume data.

At the beginning of your coding, enter the statement E_MCKONA = I_MCKONA to supply the export parameter.

You can trigger messages by triggering the exceptions ERROR_MSG_MCKONA_INVALID or ERROR_MSG_MCKONA_VALID. If you trigger exception ERROR_MSG_MCKONA_INVALID, the business volume data is not upated or included in the list output.

Dependencies

If you use agency documents (vendor billing documents, settlement requests), note that component EXIT_SAPLWN35_001 may also need to be activated.
