This function module is called up in the transaction 'Where-Used Lists, Master Inspection Characteristics, Central Replace' (transaction code QS27).
As a result, the lock indicator for the replacement of characteristics in plans can be changed.
In the standard system, a lock indicator is set for the unlocked characteristics. Therefore, they cannot be replaced.
