Enhancement: Customer-specific screen field for commitment items in the Funds Management FM area/fiscal year

SAP enhancement FMMD0006 enables you to show a subscreen on the detail screen of the commitment item in the FM area/fiscal year in which you can maintain your own fields for the commitment items. An area of six lines has been reserved on screen SAPLFMG2 0400 for this.

The components

The following components are available for the enhancement

  • Screen SAPLXFMP 0200
  • Function module EXIT_SAPLFMG2_001
  • Function module EXIT_SAPLFMG2_002

Use of the enhancement

  1. You activate a customer project using SAP standard enhancement FMMD0006 in the Project management of SAP enhancements (transaction code CMOD).
  2. You must create the structure CI_FMPG for the additional fields. Subsequently, you must again regenerate structures IFMPGDY und CFMPG.
  3. You must create screen SAPLXFMP 0200 using screen category "subscreen"; screen fields used must be entered using DATA or TABLES statements in include LXFMPTOP.
  4. In order to transfer the field values of screen SAPLXFMP 0200 from/to the call screen, you must provide the corresponding source code for both function modules EXIT_SAPLFMG2_001 and EXIT_SAPLFMG2_002.

Function module EXIT_SAPLFMG2_001 is run at PBO time. This means that it fills the corresponding fields in screen SAPLXFMP 0200 according to the specified values transferred via field string I_F_IFMPGDY.

Function module EXIT_SAPLFMG2_002 is run at PAI time. This means that it passes values of screen SAPLXFMP 0200 back to the call screen using field string E_F_IFMCI_FMPG.
