The standard SAP R/3 system calculates the variable part of the remuneration used for vacation allowance as the average value of the last six months. The divisor for this calculation is months.
If, for this calculation, you want to
- use a different number of months, or
- use calendar days instead of months as the divisor,
a function module is available.
If you want to use this option,
- adapt function module EXIT_HARCALC0_001 to your requirements,
- include customer enhancement HRPC2901 in a project using function SAP enhancement project management.
