JHF10021 - IS-M: Check billing document interface record

This enhancement is called up during the creation of order billing documents, commission settlement billing documents, COA billing documents and revenue distribution.

This enhancement is also accessed during receivables charge-off and cancellation.

All standard checks have already been performed. You have the option of performing additional checks and adding information to the billing header and the item if necessary.
