When creating the customer potential, you can make the following changes here:
- Which BP role is taken into account during contract determination
- Which free attributes are relevant to this customer
- Enter values in the tables of free attributes that are relevant to customers.
If a customer is found as a result of a contract, you must define the BP roles that the system is to take account of here. You must enter the respective roles in a range table that is found in the function module. The system selects the contract holder as a default.
The system transfers an element from a sales agent contract to the function module if free attributes are affected. You must therefore decide which free attributes are relevant to the customer and require further evaluation.
You can also use free attributes to determine the customer potential.
You can evaluate any fields in the free attributes that are relevant to the customer that result in a customer assignment to a sales agent.
You should enter the tables of free attributes in the function module in such a way so that it is possible to assign customers to the free attributes.
