During the statistics update from orders in Advertising Management, data from the actual documents is enhanced by the addition of some data from the standard system. Order data is structured from an LIS perspective using a five-level order hierarchy: Order header, item, billing dataset, schedule line and agent assignment.

You can add fields to these structures using appends. Entries are then made in these fields in the customer exits. You can change standard fields in the user exits. (Some fields must still be included in a separate field catalog.) You can change all fields in an LIS info structure using LIS formulas and requirements.

The following user exits exist:

  • User exit '100' - Data enrichment at header level
  • User exit '101' - Data enrichment at item level
  • User exit '102' - Data enrichment at billing dataset level
  • User exit '103' - Data enrichment at ad spec/schedule
  • User exit '104' - Data enrichment at agent assignment level
Updating for document changes
The application always provides two types of data for document changes: Document data that reflects the document status prior to the change and document data following the change.
You can identify processing status in the field SUPKZ in the structures supplied for this purpose: SUPKZ = '1', means that the old document data has been processed and SUPKZ = '2', means that the new document status is offered.
