NCDRG004 - IS-H: DRG User Exit Conversion for Date Ext -> Int

You can use this function to convert the date from an external format to the SAP date format.
This
is necessary, in particular, if the external DRG coding and grouping system cannot interpret the IS-H date format. As input parameters, you receive the following values:
Institution
DRG coding and grouping system ID
Original date (unformated)
Date formatted according to SAP conventions (optional)
