OGM10006 - Determine baseline date for contract validation

This user exit is used to determine the baseline date for contract validation.

During contract validation, the baseline date is compared with the contract start and end dates. If the baseline date is within the contract validity period, then the contract is eligible for selection. In most cases, the baseline date is the same as the local date in the system. In the selection variant, it is possible to specify an offset for contract validation which can be added or subtracted from the baseline date.

If the baseline date must be determined in a more flexible way, this user exit can be used. For example, we may always want to set the baseline date to the first of the current month.

The local date, plus or minus the offset, acts both as an import and an export parameter for this customer function.
