Purpose

Activate this enhancement when you want to execute extended validation on link object ANLA - the asset master.

The enhancement provides two CALL CUSTOMER-FUNCTION statements:

  • 006 - executes immediately after successful read of a previously specified asset master and occurs during initial load of business location -> asset master link data; the function is not executed if the specified asset master record is missing, as no object will exist for validation purposes.
  • 026 - executes immediately after successful read of a asset master record specified by user input.

Notes

In both cases, the function interface supplies data related to the asset master and expects the return of a status code - specifiable as a custom entry in Table OIFXST (IMG -> IS-Oil Downstream -> MRN -> Control Data -> Define object status codes).
