The folder name is incorrect or does not comply with the rules.

Message Long Text :
This folder name is not valid. The folder name must be between one and eight characters long and may be followed by a period (.) and a suffix of between one and three characters long. If the folder name is a folder access path, the folder names must be separated by slashes (/). The name of a folder should not begin with QOFC.
