E:Withholding tax input is not compatible.

Both assigned items have different withholding tax input. The assessment bases for withholding tax in foreign currency do not add up to zero. One item shows the amount of &1, the second shows an amount of &2.
Please correct the assignments or the incorrect withholding tax input.
