E:Account cannot be designated as central payment facility.

Message Long Text :
The account selected cannot be designated as a central payent facility:
An account already designated as a central payment facility, cannot be designated as the affiliate of another account. An account which already is an affiliate cannot be designated.
Only accounts listed as debtors or creditors in Table B0301 may be designated as central payment facilities. Both accounts must be either debtors or creditors.
An account cannot be designated as its own central payment facility.
