E:Prequisites for single partial payment not met.

Message Long Text :
The line code &1 specifies an individual partial payment involving a difference between payment and invoice due to discount. Such a partial payment requires that there be a payment against a debit item for which expired discount was deducted and that the expired discount was disallowed.
