E:Creation of a partial payment not permitted.

Message Long Text :
Company management specifies for company &1 that partial payments may only be created if no other partial payment exist. The assigned partial payment exists on another account that is used to call open items processing. By doing this, a transfer posting of the partial payment for cost absorption would be necessary. This is not allowed.
Solution:
1.) Change the initial account for open items processing
2.) Do not end processing with a residual amount.
