E:Changing the account statement type not possible.

Message Long Text :
While checking the balance record of interest rate cut-offs, an error was found which prevents changes to the statement type. The cause is code "&1".
Cause with code "0" indicates: The last interest rate cut-off for the account being changed does not have a processing date for a closing interest statement.
Cause with code "1" indicates: Despite postings to this account, no balance record exists in the interest cut-off file BICBAL. Therefore, the required closing interest statement is also missing.
