E:Account contains items without statement number.

Message Long Text :
Whilst creating an account statement proposalm a new item was written to account &2 that does not take account of account billing. This item still contains an old reference date. This would mean that the next account bill would contain items with different reference dates; this is not allowed. The voucher must be deleted. An account statement and bill must be created for the account. The internal error code is &1.
