E:The VAT ID key &1 could not be replaced.

Message Long Text :
The VAT ID key &1 is reserved for intra-EU VAT according to Table B0401 and may only be used for posting purchasing vouchers. The program attempted to determine a suitable replacement value for the discount posting. Replacement values can be keys from Table B0401 for which the percentage rates have the value 0 and the value 'E' is entered for function 9. Maintain Table B0401 accordingly and repeat the request.
