E:Block status ='2' in delivery &1 in delivery header file for transfer is no longer valid.

Message Long Text :
An attempt was made to add a delivery transaction to a blocked delivery. This delivery is blocked due to technical reasons. It has 9999 transactions. Therefore no more transactions can be added.
