The contract phase "&1" (commitment code="&2") was entered. This change is not valid for the previous contract phase "&3" (commitment code="&4").
Valid phase changes are:
0 --> 1 = Commitmment access 1 --> 0 = Commitment retirement
1 --> 2 = Commitment neutral
0 --> 2 = Completed directly 2 --> 0 = Reset
Measures:
Enter a new, valid contract phase or re-enter the contract phase "&3".
