W:Data error. The investment &3 must be posted to the liabilities.

Message Long Text :
The investment &3 for the contract &1-&2 is not posted to the liabilities. The liability ID &4 for the contract phase &5 calls for a liabilities posting. A posting date for the liability posting must be entered in the format "Investment".
An unauthorized change was probably made to the Structure Z11 (contract phases).
