Cause . . . . . : The FILES or STATUS display is being shown but there is no data related to a BASIC session available. BASIC sessions are established with the BGNBAS or EXCBASPRC commands.
Recovery . . . : Do not request FILES or STATUS when using the BASIC Help Facility from SEU.
