Object &1 not retrieved, reason code &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Object &1 type &3 member &6 in library &2 is not able to be restored, see reason code &4 below:
01 - High storage threshold for ASP &5 exceeded.
02 - Less than required authority.
03 - A delayed retrieve operation was requested.
04 - Retrieve operation canceled.
Recovery . . . : Based on reason code &4 do one of the following and try the request again:
01 - Increase the available storage in ASP &5 so the object can be retrieved. Use Resume Retrieve using BRM (RSMRTVBRM) command specifying HDLOBJ(*STORAGE) to find object &1 and confirm the retrieve request.
02 - Have BRMS administrator change the retrieve policy to allow users with less authority to perform retrieve operations, or ask an authorized user do retrieve object &1 using Resume Retrieve using BRM (RSMRTVBRM) command, specifying HDLOBJ(*SECURITY) to find object &1 and confirm the operation.
03 - When the time is right to retrieve object &1 use Resume Retrieve using BRM (RSMRTVBRM) command and specify HDLOBJ(*DELAY). Find object &1 and confirm the operation.
04 - If you need to be able to retrieve object &1, determine who canceled the retrieve operation and why. Ask them to use a go response on the confirmation message when it occurs, and try your request again.
